QUALITY CONTROL
The Company’s manufacturing and refurbishment units are accredited with ISO 9001:2008 certificate by DNV (Det Norske Veritas). Some of the products also have CE (Community of Europe) marking. A separate and dedicated team of quality control professional over see the operations.
Test operations are broadly classified in to three stages:
- Primary stage – Raw materials are checked for quality and quantity at the incoming stage
- In process stage – During manufacturing operation, products are tested on the production line
- Final product – Mechanical, chemical and performance analysis are carried out on finished products
Management review meetings and Internal audits are conducted at regular intervals to ensure continuous improvement. The Company also subscribes to Lean Management Programme to ensure quick and organised method of working at the factories.
